the hotel is close to the airport. this made it a convenient choice for my early morning flight.
i found the bar staff quite rude. the bar furniture looked worn and in poor condition. products in the bathroom were very basic, and there was no milk or tea in the room (small touches often make a difference).

The room was clean and well equipped.
They were very rude. The bar furniture also looked like it needed repairs. The hotel did not provide small touches such as milk or tea. All these missing things.

The staff helped me with directions from the RER (it was super helpful!). I found room service to be surprisingly good for an airport hotel. The hotel is close to CDG. The walk to the shuttle is a few minutes but well-marked. The indoor swimming pool provided a great recreational option.
The gym is REALLY small.

The room was calm, even next to the runway. It offered a large, open view. The bed was comfortable. The midday checkout (very convenient!) allowed for a relaxed departure.

Access from the terminals is quick using CDGVal. It takes approximately ten minutes. The hotel's proximity to the airport shuttle is very convenient. This eliminated the need for public transportation.

The staff was very polite and helpful. Cathy provided a friendly reception. Room service was excellent and prompt. I experienced a high level of service .
